Geir Stormorken

Geir Stormorken (45) has been the Managing Director of investment company Braganza AS since 1997. Braganza AS is one of the major shareholders of Clavis Pharma.

He has previous experience in a senior financial management capacity in Braathens ASA from 1989 to 1997, Elcon Securities from 1988 to 1989 and Volvo Norge from 1986 to 1988.

Mr. Stormorken holds a M.Sc. in Business Economics from the Norwegian School of Business and Administration and he is a Norwegian citizen residing in Oslo, Norway.
He holds no shares in Clavis Pharma.
