Our vision is to utilize our proprietary technologies to the benefit of cancer patients and to build Clavis Pharma into a profitable, internationally recognized high-growth pharmaceutical company.
At Clavis Pharma we intend to leverage our Lipid Vector Technology (LVT) to develop a strong pipeline of pre-clinical and clinical proprietary new and improved drugs.
We aim to commercialize our products through strategic alliances and partnerships with experienced oncology businesses and, where and when commercially appropriate, by establishing our own impactful commercial organization. It is our goal to build Clavis into a successful specialty oncology company.
In the short term, our revenues are primarily expected to come from partnering agreements in the form of up-front and milestone payments, while in the medium to long term we expect additional revenues from direct product sales and from royalties on product sales.
