Clavis Pharma is focused on leveraging its Lipid Vector Technology to develop of a strong pipeline of proprietary new and improved cancer drugs
LVT derivatives of a range of anti-cancer drugs, such as nucleosides, anthracyclines and taxanes, have been prepared and screened in vitro and in vivo. Improved activity, enhanced cellular uptake, a better toxicity profile and the possibility of alleviating certain drug resistance mechanisms have all been demonstrated in one or more of the LVT derivatives.
