Positive ELACYT Phase II Results - Data presented at ASH
Oslo, Norway, 8 December 2008 Clavis Pharma ASA (OSE: CLAVIS) announces positive interim clinical phase II results for ELACYT single agent therapy in patients with late stage acute myeloid leukaemia (AML). The results were presented at the American Society of Haematology (ASH) 2008 conference on Saturday 6 December.

Third Quarter Report 2008 "Three products in clinical development" Clavis Pharma ASA (OSE: CLAVIS) announced today the results for the third quarter 2008, and reports that the Company entered clinical development with its third product, Oral CP-4126, during the quarter. In addition, the preliminary safety data from the first 20 patients in the Company's ELACYT clinical Phase II study in acute myeloid leukaemia confirmed that the safety profile of ELACYT is satisfactory. R&D and other operating expenses totalled NOK 24 million for the third quarter, while cash and cash equivalents amounted to NOK 106 million as of 30 September 2008.
